Our highly-trained care workers are trained to support people learning to live with memory loss and Dementia. We offer a specialist Dementia service which is led by our qualified Dementia Champions who are experts in supporting people to live at home.
Our Dementia champions will meet with you to assess your needs, home environment and offer practical advice of how to enable you to remain as independent as possible. We offer free advice to make your home a Dementia friendly home environment.
Continuity of Care Workers is essential to the supporting people with Dementia, we ensure that we have a regular team to provide the support and build up the relationship and offer companionship.
Family training and support
We run monthly events for our customers and their families to offer practical, advice and training on how to manage and live well with Dementia.
